Managing Tidal Change: Natasha Barker Reports

Natasah Barker (now Natasha Barker-Bradshaw) was head of the Severn Estuary Forum. 2005-2008.

In 2006 and six Natasha was awarded a Winston Churchill Memorial Trust Trallwing Fellowship to visit and study the Bay of Fundy Canada, and the Penzhinskaya Guba, Russia, in relation to the Severn Estuary and managing these amazing tidal tandscapes, looking at their potential for renewable energy, tourism and sustainable development.

Natasha now works part time as an adviser to the European funded Celtic Seas Partnership project. Previously for WWF-UK, she managed the ocean governance programme involving campaigning for the UK Marine Acts and European maritime policy.
